Allroad 1 Disc Gravel Wheelset

Mavic Allroad 1 Disc Gravel Wheelset

The Mavic Allroad 1 Disc Gravel Wheelset is the ultimate entry point into the world of gravel and bikepacking, offering a dependable and comfortable foundation for your most ambitious adventures. Built with a 25mm wide alloy rim, this wheelset is specifically designed to support wider tyres, allowing you to venture off the tarmac with enhanced stability and confidence. By providing a larger air volume, the rim design naturally absorbs the bumps and vibrations of uneven trails, ensuring a smoother ride that keeps fatigue at bay during long days exploring the wilderness.

Built for the Long Haul

Durability and serviceability are at the core of the Allroad 1 design, making it an ideal companion for remote bike tours where reliability is paramount. The use of traditional J-bend spokes provides robust performance across varied terrain and ensures that, should you ever need a replacement, parts are easy to source and install. This practical approach to engineering is paired with a sturdy build quality that can handle the extra weight of loaded panniers and bikepacking bags without compromising on safety or structural integrity.

Versatile Performance and Easy Maintenance

Equipped with the high-performance ID360 freewheel system, these wheels offer a customisable riding experience to suit your specific needs. The dual ratchet system allows you to choose between 24 teeth for reduced drag on flatter roads or 40 teeth for the quick engagement required on technical off-road sections. Featuring a high-quality seal for worry-free riding in muddy conditions and tool-free serviceability for quick maintenance, the Allroad 1 Disc is a smart, low-maintenance choice for any cyclist looking to transition from the road to the trail.
