Arione R1 Light Saddle

Fizik Arione R1 Light Saddle

The Arione has long been one of fizik’s most iconic racing saddles, celebrated for its elongated, flat profile and streamlined shape. Now reimagined as the Fizik Arione R1 Light Saddle, it maintains the classic silhouette that pro racers trust while incorporating contemporary materials and construction methods. Its long, flat design offers ample fore-to-aft movement, allowing riders to fine-tune their position for maximum power, efficiency, and comfort, even in aggressive, aerodynamic riding positions.

Lightweight, High-Performance Construction

Built for speed and endurance, the Arione R1 Light Saddle features a carbon-reinforced nylon shell paired with ultra-stiff carbon rails. Combined with low-profile injected EVA padding, this construction delivers a responsive platform that keeps weight to an absolute minimum while maintaining the ergonomic support needed for long rides. The result is a saddle that balances performance, comfort, and feather-light weight.

Targeted Pressure Relief and Secure Ride

The Arione R1 Light includes an ergonomically designed cutout, developed using advanced pressure mapping and medical expertise, to reduce pressure and improve blood flow in sensitive areas. Its textured surface provides a grippy, no-slip hold, ensuring stability in the saddle during sprints, climbs, or sustained efforts. For cyclists seeking an iconic racing saddle that combines aerodynamic efficiency, lightweight performance, and targeted comfort, the Arione R1 Light delivers unmatched results on every ride.
