For the discerning athlete who needs to properly refuel throughout their ride, the Torq Energy Gel with Guarana Caffeinated Box has to be one of the best options. Specifically formulated to deliver all the essential nutrients you need to keep your energy levels topped up, these energy gels possess a research-proven 2:1 Maltodextrin: Fructose formulation that has been developed to provide a 40% greater carbohydrate delivery.

5 key electrolytes are provided within the Banoffee and Forest Fruits gels, alongside 30g of carbohydrates per serving to ensure your performance doesn’t dip. Using natural flavours, no artificial sweeteners and no colours, the gels are dairy and wheat-free.

89mg of natural caffeine delivered via Guarana Extract aids in stimulating the central nervous system, boosting muscular power and efficiency, and mobilising fat as a fuel source, helping to conserve glycogen (your carbohydrate reserves).
