ABUS GRANIT Super Extreme 2500/230 D-Lock

In the development of the ABUS GRANIT Super Extreme 2500/230 D-Lock, significant attention was dedicated to enhancing resistance against attacks with cordless angle grinders, a method increasingly observed in major cities for breaking open bike locks. Our special tungsten carbide material compound surrounding the lock shackle and body serves as a solution to this challenge, significantly increasing difficulty for potential thieves. The shackle, housing, and structural components of the lock are all crafted from hardened steel.

This exceptionally sturdy U-lock, boasting "Made in Germany" quality, effectively safeguards bikes against forceful theft attempts. Featuring the ABUS XPlus cylinder, it provides additional defense against sophisticated lock-breaking techniques such as picking.

The USH 2500 lock holder is easily attached to the bike's wheel, offering flexibility with plastic-coated metal tensioning straps and optional screw holes. To prevent rattling during rides, the lock is secured within the USH 2500 using both ends of the shackle.

The broad closing range of the shackle allows for quick and easy connection to various anchor points. Conversely, thieves face formidable challenges with this robust bike lock, as even cordless angle grinders struggle against its resilience.
