Lightweight Meilenstein ART Evo Disc Brake Road Carbon Wheelset Schwartz

Four years in development, the new Lightweight wheelset marks a decisive turning point in carbon wheel engineering. At its core lies a completely reimagined rim architecture powered by Alpha Rib Technology (ART), a patented internal rib structure that reinforces the rim from within. This breakthrough design enables a wider, more aerodynamic profile while simultaneously increasing lateral stiffness and reducing weight — an achievement once thought impossible. The result is a wheelset that feels fast before you even accelerate: stable in crosswinds, razor-sharp through corners, and uncompromising when you launch into a sprint.

The innovation continues with R2R (Rim-to-Rim) spoke construction, where each carbon spoke runs in one continuous line from rim to rim, passing cleanly through the hub without bends or mechanical interruptions. This uninterrupted fiber path maximizes tensile strength, eliminates energy loss, and creates a uniquely direct connection between rider and road. At the center sits the Penta-Fly Hub, engineered with oversized flanges for exceptional lateral and torsional stiffness, ensuring precise power transfer under full gas while maintaining aerodynamic efficiency through its compact body design.

Precision meets responsibility with RCT (Reusable Core Technology), the advanced manufacturing process that makes this structural complexity possible. A removable internal core shapes the hollow rim and integrated rib network with absolute accuracy before being extracted and reused, reducing waste without compromising performance. The outcome is a wheelset that is lighter, stiffer, more responsive, and produced with remarkable consistency. This is more than an upgrade, it’s a statement piece for riders who demand the absolute pinnacle of speed, control, and engineering excellence.
